Mia is truly a unicorn!

Looking for a new best friend? Mia LOVES being with her person. She would love to nap by your side all day, but if you are up and moving, she'll follow you around to make sure you're always safe.

She's fully house broken! And doesn't chew on anything in the house except her toys! She'll even (begrudgingly) let you put her in a fancy costume, and loves the attention she gets from her adoring fans.

She jumped up on people a bit the first day in foster, but after 24 hours of clear and consistent commands, she is excellently behaved and has stopped jumping.

She walks great on a leash, especially with a harness that slows her down and keeps her from speeding. She loves walks, but does not need a lot of exercise or activity. She is not reactive to other dogs she sees on her walks, even ones that run up to her or bark at her.

She would do well in a house with another calm and laid back dog, as she is friendly and likes the company (she coexists happily with the dog in her foster home, but doesn't love how bossy the other dog can be) . However, Mia should not go to a home with cats.

Mia is a gentle gal and would do fine with kids of all ages.
