The LASPCA will be closed on Saturday, February 14, 2026. We will reopen for normal operations on Monday, February 16. For any animal emergencies during the closure, please contact 911 for immediate assistance.
There are plenty of ways to get involved with the Louisiana SPCA and we have an opportunity for almost everyone! You can truly make a difference in the lives of homeless and abused animals by getting involved. We hope to see you soon!
Foster
Being a foster parent is one of the most rewarding volunteer opportunities that we have to offer. You can cuddle with adorable puppies, bottle feed infant kittens, care for animals during a medical recovery and even help us find them a human to call their own!
