A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for new clients or clients who have not had an appointment in the last 3 years.
For appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance and rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
For appointments cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be kept as a donation and not refunded.
Payment options include cash, check, credit card, payment plan (CareCredit and Varidi), and need-based financial assistance.
CareCredit offers convenient and flexible payment plans for veterinary care. You can apply for CareCredit with or without a service estimate and use it just like a credit card.
You can apply for a line of credit based on your estimated cost of care. Approvals are instant and can be applied to your bill on the same day.
