Mari is looking for her new home, because let's face it - the shelter is no place for dogs to live! She would love to be the most perfect companion to someone that works from home. She has shown that she would love nothing more than to curl by a person's feet and nap the day away while they work. Mari has shown that she is mostly housebroken. She enjoys the occasional stuffed toy or peanut butter Kong, but her priority is being close to people. She loves sunbathing and taking a great snooze. Mari would like to be the only dog in the household.

Bonus point! Mari has completed Heartworm treatment in the shelter. She is also up to date on vaccines, heartworm and flea prevention, and microchipped. Also, her adoption fee is completely sponsored since she is an amazing girl!

Mari is available at the Plaquemines Campus at 455 F. Edward Hebert Blvd in Belle Chasse. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm.
