Say hello to Roscoe! He still thinks he's a puppy because he'll try and sit on your lap. He loves taking walks and is always excited to meet new people. Whenever someone pets him, he always leans into them to get more from them. Don't forget that all of our pups come with a FREE training session from GoodPup to help you build a strong bond from the start. If you would like to meet Roscoe, please make an adoption appointment at the New Orleans Campus, at 1700 Mardi Gras Blvd. We can't wait to meet you!

In Louisiana, pets are part of our families, our communities and our way of life. For more than 135 years, the Louisiana SPCA has worked to protect animals, support the people who love them and strengthen communities across our region.
