Please fill out the below form to sign your school up for our Holiday School Donation Drive. All donations are due by December 18, 2020. Below is what each age range will be responsible for bringing.

Kittens and Cats (Preschool-2^nd Grade)

• Food (Age appropriate Hill’s Science Diet-Chicken)
• Carrier
• Blanket/Bedding
• Little box and scoop
• Non-clumping litter (For kittens)
• Toys

Small Dogs (3^rd– 5^th Grade)

• Food (Age appropriate Hill’s Science Diet-Chicken)
• Kennel
• Leash
• Collar
• Doggy bags
• Pee pads for puppies
• Toys

Medium (6^th– 8^th Grade) and Large Dogs (High Schoolers)

• Food (Age appropriate Hill’s Science Diet-Chicken)
• Kennel
• Leash
• Collar
• Harness
• Doggy bags
• Toys
